Contacting us
The form on this website does not send any data to our server. It opens your email app with a ready message that you send to info@webnipi.com yourself. The message contains the data you choose to provide, usually your name, email address and a description of your project.
We process this data to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence). Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.
Visiting the website
To display the website, your browser sends technical connection data to the server, including your IP address. This is needed only to deliver the page. Our server does not keep an access log with IP addresses. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (running the website reliably and securely).
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own server, so the website does not load anything from other companies’ servers.
If you choose a language version or close the language hint, your browser saves that choice in local storage (localStorage) on your device. This information is not sent to us, and you can delete it in your browser settings.
Recipients
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), which handles our email on our behalf. Google may also process data in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- The provider of the server that runs this website, to the extent needed to operate it.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation. After that we keep it until legal claims are time barred, or for as long as the law requires, for example tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just email info@webnipi.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the member state where you live or work. Our competent authority is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
We do not make automated decisions and do not carry out profiling.
